Alexander Continued…

Have a few photos to add from last night’s game against Alexander thanks to Jack B.  Gotta say Jack has a really good eye.  He’s a meteorologist but I can’t help but think he might just have another calling as well.  Check ’em out…

The 2010 marching and football seasons got underway tonight with Northgate against Alexander.  The Vikings got off to an impressive start by putting one in the win column with a score of 37-14.  If these kids play the rest of the year with the enthusiasm they had tonight it might just be a long  fun year.  Congrats to new head coach Tommy Walburn and his staff and most of all to the players!

Of course football wasn’t the only thing getting started on the field tonight…our marching band kicked off this year’s marching season as well.  The night kicked off with the usual warm ups…

Close to game time the kids lined up to head down to the field and to take their place in the stands…

Then things got under way…

We were a bit surprised to see ninjas at the game…

But ninjas aren’t nearly as cool as Orange Guys…

Or Vikings…

And a few friends dropped by to visit…once a guard girl, always a guard girl…
